KOO is seeking a full-time Architectural team member with 2-4 years of professional office experience to start immediately. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills. They will have design ability and aesthetic sense as well as an interest in the technical aspects of Architecture. They will be familiar with the preparation of construction documents in Revit and be able to contribute to a team under the supervision of a Project Manager. They will be a motivated self-starter who is passionate about Architecture. The position will involve architectural and interior design activities ranging from programming and planning to design, documentation, and construction administration and is in-person with the exception of Wednesdays which is an optional work from home day.

Applicant Requirements
– 2-4 years of full-time office experience
– B.Arch or M.arch degree from an accredited School of Architecture
– High level of proficiency in Revit
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational skills
– Self-motivated, with passion for architecture and professional growth

– Authorization to work in US for a minimum of two years

Job Title: FF&E Interior Designer
 
KOO  is a leading architectural and interior design firm specializing in creating bespoke hospitality spaces. We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. 
 
 **Required Qualifications:**  
– Strong interest and skill in furniture, art, and finish selection, as well as custom design, particularly in hospitality or high-end residential projects
 – Experience with / or willingness to learn SPEXX specification software
 – Sophisticated color and material sensitivity 
 
– Degree in Interior Design from a Fider Accredited/CIDA Accredited college preferred 

 

 **Responsibilities:** 
– Collaborate with design team leaders to develop innovative and functional design concepts for interior spaces 
– Select, research and specify furniture, art, accessories and finishes that align with the project’s aesthetic vision and budget
 – Create custom design solutions that enhance the overall design concept
 – Use Spexx software to specify and accurately document design elements that meet all code requirements and brand standards if applicable
 – Ensure that color and material selections contribute to creating cohesive and harmonious spaces 
 
 **Required Skills and Abilities:** 
 – Exceptional creativity and design sensibility
 – Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines
 – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 – Proficiency in design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
 – Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
