Sitting atop three stories of retail space and parking, the Inn at Lincoln Park follows a contemporary urban approach, incorporating a highly activated base that extends the pedestrian-oriented retail frontage on Diversey Avenue. The guestrooms of this 140 room, eight-story neighborhood hotel seem to float on top of the parking levels due to the softly illuminated translucent material that serves to break down the massing of the building.
