As part of a General Services Administration Task Order, KOO LLC was tasked with the buildout of office space for the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) at the Kluczynski Federal Building. The scope included 3,500 square feet of space consisting of private offices, meeting spaces, an open office area with 25 workstations, an IT room, a storage room, and a break area. KOO worked closely with the agency to implement CISA’s workspace program, worked with their furniture standards, and incorporated upgrades to existing MEP systems.
