KOO provided Conceptual Design services for this 122,000 SF Chicago Public School on a tight, urban site. Located in the Lawndale neighborhood, this school incorporates a STEAM curriculum into a typical neighborhood elementary school program. Unique spaces include a black box theater that cantilevers from the building, learning commons, dance classrooms, art gallery, and a learning stair.
