KOO is the Green Planning Advisor for the redevelopment of the Chicago Housing Authority’s LeClaire Courts on the southwest side of Chicago. The LeClaire Courts are scheduled for demolition in KOO is working with the LeClaire working group to facilitate sustainable planning for the site, educating the stakeholders about density and reducing CHA’s environmental impact through sustainable neighborhood planning compatible with LEED ND and providing site analysis.
