KOO’s renovation of the People’s Action headquarters in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood includes an open offi ce space, breakout spaces, conference rooms, a library, phone booths, as well as a healing, meditation, and parent’s room. KOO has encorporated community engagement into this renovation through a tech bar, lounge lobby area and a gallery for the People’s Action donor wall.

The renovation includes the primary two-story 5,000 SF building and the 3,750 SF of outdoor space.
